Yo, do you intentionally use the faint texture for all the elements in the image, or is that not deliberate? I like the colors, composition of this one, a ton. Plus, Virginia Tech is just the most rockin' place ever.
Aaron, I use the faint texture on the whole image to soften the image appearance so it doesn't look "so digital" if that makes sense. I am still debating about how to approach this but for now I feel it gives it a more "cut ou" paper feel by having the texture. Some have suggested using other textures and I experiement but I am rather satisfied with the consistency of style.
Yeah I hear ya. I was thinking a little variety on the different elements in the image would be sweet, but I think consistentcy is good to pull in all the other stuff you do....
